Elaines birthday

Two persons were seen close to Elaine's house, later some strange decorations were noticed. Was there a connection......I think not officer!!

I think I need legal representation because I appear to have photo's of alleged incident.

I did have some help, but we both ended up with the giggles especially when the balloons started popping and then her phone rang...didn't it!!!
