Sadly Rainbow group could not get outside to do some gardening, so we 'planted' some cress seeds. We hope they are growing well, and have you all remembered to water them. We will be asking the children 'how they are doing'!!

We had a small pot and we filled it with lots of tissue paper.

We sprinkled some cress seeds over the tissue paper, this was a little bit fiddly and some of them escaped and rolled around the floor.

We poored some water over the seeds, and we also looked at a picture of what they will look like when they have grown. But we must remember to water them

awww I always remember planting cress seeds, although I remember it being called mustard and cress, smelled a bit as it fermented.
